Coach Ashley Tike

W snagged Ashely for her 2 years of professional experience coaching skating to figure skaters and hockey players of all levels, ages, and abilities.

Previously the Assistant Director of the Skating Department at the Toyota Sports Center in Los Angeles and has coached Grand Forks, ND, East Grand Forks, MN, Crookston, MN, Chaska, MN and El Segundo, CA.

Ashley specializes in developing quality skating skills, Ice Dance, Moves in the Field, choreography, hockey edge/power, figure power skating/off-ice training. She loves introducing skating to beginners.

She is a Triple USFS Gold Medalist and National-level Synchronized skating coach. She personally has 12 years of competitive figure skating and competitive dance experience. She has a B.A. from the University of North Dakota.

Coach Paul Kapeikis, D.C.

  • Paul Kapeikis, D.C. is a local Chiropractic Physician with over 35 years of figure skating coaching experience. As a former Principal Performer with Disney on Ice, he is a PSA Level V Ranking. Coach Paul is a technique specialist using a team coaching approach. He enjoys encouraging students to develop life skills through the challenges of skating! He is also skilled at precision skate sharpening.

Coach Cinnamon Jinotti

  • Cinnamon grew up in the Seattle area, where she began figure skating. She competed for 10+ years, through the senior level. She moved to Wenatchee in 1995, with her young family and taught professionally for 11+ years. She currently works for the Wenatchee school district, in Nutrition services, and has been there for over 13 years.

    Cinnamon is passionate about working with all levels and ages of skaters in both figure skating and hockey and brings energy & expertise to help develop skating skills while nurturing and growing a skaters’ self-confidence. She takes a detail-oriented approach to her training style building a strong, all-around skater with a complete set of skills, for both competitive or recreational goals. 

    She specializes in spin and jump technique, power skating and off-ice training. She encourages respectful and positive behavior both on and off the ice. She is currently accepting new skaters. 

Coach Lily Scott

  • Lily Scott recently relocated to Wenatchee to coach figure skating with the Wenatchee Figure Skating Club. She holds a B.S in Sport Management, specializing in Sport Coaching, with minors in Music and Strength and Conditioning from Central Washington University. Lily is very passionate about exercise and healthy living, and has spent the last year focusing on strength and conditioning and how to implement that into off-ice training for figure skaters.

    Lily began skating at the age of three, and competed for the Lakewood Winter Club in Spanaway, Washington from the age of five to seventeen. Lily is a Triple Gold Medalist in Skating Skills, Freeskate and Solo Free Dance, and will soon be testing her final three solo dances to obtain her fourth and final gold medal.

    Lily has experience in competing through the regional level as well as thirteen years of skating show experience. She participated in Lakewood Winter Club’s Reflection on Ice show from all throughout her skating career, and prior to attending college, auditioned with Disney On Ice and was accepted, but decided to further pursue her education.

    Lily is currently accepting new skaters. 

Coach Leonora Stivers

  • Leonora graduated from WHS the summer of 2022 and is currently attending WVC. Currently, she is still unaware of where life is taking her but undoubtedly won’t let that get in the way of her passion for Figure skating. Leonora has skated for going on 13 years with WFSC and is now working towards her Novice moves in the field test. She recently retired from her 10 years of competitive skating, but hopes to return to showcases. Her bright extroverted aura brings laughter and smiles all around. Leonora is very expressive and demonstrative through her skating and coaching. Leonora will be coaching Pre-Preliminary level skaters and below as she starts her new journey with coaching.

Coach Troy Mick

Head of Wenatchee Wild Development Teams

  • Coach Troy brings a lifetime of experience as a player and coach – a former draft pick of the Pittsburgh Penguins, he starred in the WHL with Portland and Regina before embarking on a pro career cut short by injury. Since 1993, Mick has spent 20 years coaching and managing in the BCHL and WHL, and currently serves as the hockey director for the Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy and head coach for the Wild teams in the CSSHL.
