The Basic Skills curriculum is available to skaters over the age of 7 who are taking their first steps on the ice. Instructors use engaging activities to teach the FUNdamentals of ice skating. The classes introduce forward and backward skating, stops, edges, crossovers and turns with agility, balance, coordination and speed as main focuses.
If this is the skater's First 6-week session of the season (Season is defined as Sept 9 - Dec 2), please fill out the Learn to Skate USA Membership Form online HERE and include the once yearly fee of $16. After paying for your membership, you will be given a Membership ID#, please keep this number as you will need to enter it in the following Learn-to-Skate Registration form.
Skate Rentals: If you choose the option to include skate rentals, this will include all skate rentals for the entire Session. Skate rentals are $3/per class or $18/per session.
Individual Class Skate Rentals are always available to be purchased at the Rink.
